Welcome to Tacoma Limos & Party Bus Rental. By making a reservation or using our luxury transportation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review these terms carefully before finalizing your booking.

01. Reservations

All reservations depend strictly on vehicle and chauffeur availability. We consider a reservation confirmed only after you receive a formal confirmation from our team. You must also complete any required payments or deposits to secure the vehicle.

Customers must provide accurate pickup locations, final destinations, dates, and times. You are also responsible for providing exact passenger counts and contact information.

02. Rates & Payments

We base our rental rates on the requested service, vehicle type, trip duration, and pickup destinations.

We add a mandatory 20% gratuity to all bookings. Additional charges apply for road tolls, airport parking fees, extended waiting times, and extra stops. You will also pay extra for overtime hours, specialized cleaning, or last-minute itinerary changes.

Our hourly luxury services require a minimum 4-hour reservation unless our booking team states otherwise in writing.

03. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on your specific vehicle type, reservation class, and notice window. Certain reservations require entirely non-refundable deposits. These include high-demand wedding dates, prom nights, major concerts, and large-capacity party buses.

Our booking team will provide your specific cancellation policy details during your initial reservation process.

04. Waiting Time & Delays

Passengers must be ready to depart at the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting-time fees apply when a vehicle waits beyond our standard complimentary grace period.

We make every reasonable effort to provide punctual service. However, we cannot guarantee precise arrival times during unexpected delays beyond our control. These include heavy Puget Sound traffic, severe weather, sudden road closures, and highway accidents.

05. Passenger Conduct

All passengers must behave responsibly. You must follow all reasonable safety instructions from your chauffeur.

We strictly prohibit smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and unlawful activities in our vehicles. Passengers must not engage in behavior that endangers the driver, the vehicle, or the public. Our chauffeurs will terminate the service immediately if passenger behavior creates a safety risk.

06. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning

The person who signs the reservation contract assumes full financial responsibility for all physical damage caused by their party. We charge additional deep-cleaning fees for excessive mess, liquid spills, upholstery burns, vomiting, or any condition requiring specialized detailing.

07. Alcohol Consumption

Passengers may consume alcohol inside our vehicles only where permitted by Washington state law and vehicle regulations. No person under the legal drinking age of 21 may possess or consume alcohol in our vehicles at any time.

08. Passenger & Luggage Capacity

For absolute safety, our passenger count cannot exceed the vehicle’s legal, permitted capacity. Customers must provide accurate passenger and luggage counts during booking. This ensures we deploy an appropriately sized vehicle for your group.

09. Lost or Forgotten Items

We are not legally responsible for personal belongings left behind in our limousines or party buses. If you lose an item, contact our Tacoma office immediately. We will make a reasonable effort to locate your missing property.

10. Changes to Reservations

All modifications to your pickup times, destinations, extra stops, passenger counts, or vehicles depend entirely on current availability. Requested changes may result in adjusted rental rates.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version published on our official website at the time of your booking will apply to your trip.
