Cancellation Policy

At Tacoma Limos & Party Bus Rental, we dedicate a specific vehicle and a professional chauffeur to your scheduled event. Because we reserve these assets exclusively for you, we cannot book them for other clients. Therefore, we enforce the following cancellation policy for all rental bookings.
 

01. Initial Deposits

All initial booking deposits are completely non-refundable. When you secure a reservation, we immediately remove that specific limousine or party bus from our available booking calendar. This ensures your vehicle is guaranteed for your event date.

02. Standard Cancellation Window

You must submit any cancellation requests in writing or via email at least 30 days before your scheduled pickup date.
  • If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your event, you forfeit only your initial deposit. You will not owe any remaining balance for the trip.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your event, you are financially responsible for 100% of the total estimated rental contract cost.

03. Peak Season & Special Events

Special cancellation rules apply to peak-demand dates. These dates include high school proms, homecoming weeks, major concerts, sporting events, and the peak wedding season (May through September).
Reservations made for these high-demand dates are entirely non-refundable. If you cancel a peak season booking at any time after confirmation, you forfeit the entire contract amount.

4. Vehicle Class Requirements

Large-capacity vehicles require significant logistical preparation. This includes our custom party buses, executive shuttle buses, and multi-passenger Mercedes Sprinter limo vans. Because these vehicles are in high demand, cancellations made less than 60 days before the event will incur the full contract cost.

05. Inclement Weather & Unforeseen Events

We prioritize passenger safety above everything else. If extreme weather conditions or government-mandated road closures make travel physically impossible, our management team will review cancellation terms on a case-by-case basis.
In these rare instances, we may offer a vehicle rescheduling credit. This credit applies to a future available date within 12 calendar months.

06. Flight Delays for Airport Transfers

We track all commercial flights arriving at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) in real time. We do not charge cancellation or delay fees if your flight is delayed by the airline.
However, you must notify our dispatch team immediately if your flight is canceled, rescheduled, or if you miss your connection. Failure to notify us before your scheduled pickup time results in a “No-Show” status, and we will bill the full trip amount.

07. How to Cancel or Modify Your Booking

To request a cancellation or change your event date, you must contact our office directly. We do not accept cancellations via text message or voicemail.
